What courier do you use for deliveries?

Can I track my item?

Yes you can track your order on Fedex and india post- as per your order is shipped .

Is it safe to order online?

Yes, we use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your details. Potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure server. This information is authenticated to ensure it only gets sent to this secure server and is checked to make sure it has not been tampered with during transfer.
Security checks are also made on all transactions, to ensure the authenticity of each card payment.

How do I apply a promotional code?

You can add a valid promotional code on the checkout page.


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at namaste@orendaindia.com

How do I make a complaint?

Do you need to cut the tree to have a cork?

No, we do not need to cut the tree, the cork comes from the Oak Cork bark. The process is healthy for the tree. Moreover, the tree needs the bark harvesting every 9 years, as it increases its longevity and allows the growing of a new bark layer.

Yoga Mat Care Instructions

Roll up yoga mat loosely with the cork side facing out. Do not machine wash. After spraying with water or sweating, lay out flat to dry. When required, simply use a clean cloth to wipe with a little soap and water.

Are the bags durable?

Yes, we look for the best cork to produce which makes our bags and wallets very durable. As with any leather bag,  they need your care. It’s essential to keep them in the protector fabric bag when not used. It also needs cleaning. Just wipe it with natural soap water and it would be new as day one.

How do I clean my Cork Bag?

It is very simple, just take some damp tissue with (natural) soap and clean it. Just let it dry then and… it’s ready for use!

When the rain comes, can I use it?

When raining, we advise you not to use Cork Bag, it is not water-resistant.

How to Clean your copper products!

Wash thoroughly with water. Make sure to dry these vessels completely with a cotton cloth to avoid stains building up by water again. To clean copper bottle from the inside, add 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 cup of water in it. Close the lid and shake the mixture thoroughly.

The customs duty is levied on imported goods. The duty is to be paid by the importer which is the receiver of the product.

The shipping costs do not cover duties and taxes to countries outside India.

In some cases, dates/taxes will be due when your package arrives. These rates vary from the total amount of the order and the location it’s being delivered to. Please consult your government website for duty, tax, or VAT estimate. Our products are classified as “sporting goods, exercise equipment”.
