Is it safe to order online?

Yes, we use industry standard SSL encryption to protect your details. Potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure server. This information is authenticated to ensure it only gets sent to this secure server and is checked to make sure it has not been tampered with during transfer.
Security checks are also made on all transactions, to ensure the authenticity of each card payment.

How do I apply a promotional code?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Do you need to cut the tree to have a cork?

No, we do not need to cut the tree, the cork comes from the Oak Cork bark. The process is healthy for the tree. Moreover, the tree needs the bark harvesting every 9 years, as it increases its longevity and allows the growing of a new bark layer.

Yoga Mat Care Instructions

Roll up yoga mat loosely with the cork side facing out. Do not machine wash. After spraying with water or sweating, lay out flat to dry. When required, simply use a clean cloth to wipe with a little soap and water.

Are the bags resistant?

Yes, we look for the best cork to produce  Bags: this cork is durable. As any leather bag,  cork bags need your care, it’s important to keep them in the protector fabric bag when not used. It also needs cleaning.

How do I clean my Cork Bag?

It is very simple, just take some damp tissue with (natural) soap and clean it. Just let it dry then and… it’s ready for use!

When the rain comes, can I use it?

When raining, you can totally use your Cork Bag, it’s Water resistance . Of course, we don’t recommend you to dive your beloved Cork bag into the ocean… But we know you also knew that!

How to Clean your copper products!

Wash thoroughly with water. Make sure to dry these vessels completely with a cotton cloth to avoid stains building up by water again. To clean copper bottle from the inside, add 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 cup of water in it. Close the lid and shake the mixture thoroughly.
